Cherub Choir II

 5 yr old, K, & 1^st Grade, Wed. 5:30 pm - 6:05 pm: Room 204

Led by Celeste Griffith and Misty Fretwell, children are taught the love of music through rhythm and singing.  This choir sings at least 4 times during the year in the 11:00 am worship service, as well as being featured at the 6:00 pm Christmas Eve Service.

Children’s Choir

  2nd - 5th Grades, Wed. 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm: Room 216

Led by Margaret MacKay and assisted by Bette Ann Braeutigam, children experience music through singing, movement, and games.  They learn to lead in worship, singing 4 - 6 times during the year in the 11:00 am worship service.  A special  musical will be presented in April and they will be "the" choir in the choir loft in March.

Children's Choir Chimes

  3rd - 5th Grades, Wed. 5:15 pm - 5:30 pm: Choir Room

Children sign-up to participate in these groups.  Led by Anda Mobley, they are taught music reading  & coordination of ringing choir chimes, as a prerequisite to ringing hand bells.  These groups provide special service music at various times during the year.

Middle School Choir

  6th - 8th Grades, Wed. 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm: Room 216

Led by Anda Mobley & Jamie Hawkins, these young people learn to sing in parts & with other instruments. They are leaders in worship and provide special music 4 times a year.

Senior High Choir

   9th - 12th Grades, Wed. 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Choir Room

Led by Margaret MacKay,  the senior highs learn good choral technique and leadership in worship.  This choir sings 3 times a year in worship and on Youth Sunday in the Spring. 

Youth Hand Bells

   6th - 12th Grades, Wed. 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Session Room

Directed by Margaret MacKay, youth are taught good hand bell techniques and ringing, and provide special music in worship at various times during the year.

Chancel Choir

College & Adults, Wed. 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Choir Room

The Chancel Choir provides all music for the 11:00 am worship services, Maundy Thursday, and the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.  Special programs are presented at Christmas and Easter, accompanied by orchestra.

Adults who attend the 8:30 am service and love to sing are welcome to be a part of this group.  Come to the choir room at 8:00 am on the second and fourth Sundays of the month and join in!
